Jamia Millia Islamia Professors, Registrar Obtain Excellence Award For Training
Three college members and the examination registrar and controller of Jamia Millia Islamia have been given an excellence award for training named ‘Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad Excellence Award of Training’. Dr. Nazim Husain Al-Jafri, Registrar and Controller of Examination,Prof. Tokeer Ahmad, Division of Chemistry and Dr. M. Irfan Qureshi, Division of Biotechnology and the Secretary of Jamia Trainer’s Affiliation, Jamia Millia Islamia have obtained the award for the 12 months 2020.
This award is given by the Shikshak Kalyan Basis. This 12 months the award was conferred by Prof. Anil D. Sahasrabudhe, Chairman of All India Council for Technical Training (AICTE)and Prof. Sridhar Srivastava, Director, NCERT on Nationwide Science Day on February 28.
Dr. Nazim Husain Al-Jafri has earlier served as Registrar and Controller to many different universities. He has authored a number of analysis articles in worldwide journals and contributed to a number of books as article creator. He has remained lively for efficient training reforms.
Prof. Tokeer Ahmad, an alumnae of IIT Roorkee and IIT Delhi has carried out analysis in picture/electro-catalysis, nanocatalysis, gas-sensing and vitality purposes. He has supervised 9 PhD’s, 71 publish graduate college students and at present supervising 7 Ph.D. college students. Dr. Ahmad has been instrumental in receiving eight analysis initiatives from MHRD-SPARC, DST, CSIR, UGC and Saudi Arabia.
Dr. M. Irfan Qureshi is a Plant Biotechnologist who has revealed greater than 70 analysis articles in internationally reputed peer reviewed journals. He has guided 12 PhDs and accomplished 5 analysis initiatives efficiently.
