Last-minute decisions on schools ‘completely unacceptable’

Joint NEU Common Secretary Dr Mary Bousted informed the BBC that the federal government’s final minute U-turn on major colleges opening in London was “utterly unacceptable”.

Dr Bousted stated that the unique recommendation to shut colleges in some London boroughs however not others “made no sense proper from the start”.
